Introducing Aurra

Our manifesto on the future of work & wellbeing

Welcome to Aurra.

We’re a corporate wellbeing consultancy founded to meet the needs of the new American workforce.

For so long, our work culture has glamorized the grind of a win-at-all-costs mentality; of putting work above wellness for the sake of business outcomes.

And–as is news to no one–the tide is turning.

Burnout has reached the point of ubiquity.1

The cost of stress-related, preventable medical expenses is climbing exponentially.2

Our lack of tools for effective stress coping has led many of us to believe there’s no middle ground between hard-and-fast and quiet quitting.3

Managers are under-supported & under-resourced to handle disruption,4 and teams are struggling to navigate uncertainty without a sense of shared culture or meaning.

Collectively, we’ve begun to ask if all that we do for our work is even worth it anymore.

It’s hard to contest that we’ve reached a tipping point.

Aurra was created to alleviate what we view to be complex–yet very solvable–problems in modern work.

Our approach is centered around two questions:

What if business performance wasn’t best enabled by denying our health & dissociating from our human needs? What if we simply perform better when we take good care of ourselves?

Where traditional definitions of performance solely account for sales and profitability, it’s no longer sustainable to ignore the costs of pushing people past their limits.

To us, the idea of wellbeing-driven performance is actually pretty logical: High-quality personal inputs–like food, sleep, movement, and connection–fuel high-quality professional output.

It’s not complicated: When we feel good, we do better work.

We believe that a culture of wellbeing is the single most strategic lever for strengthening workforce engagement, retention, and attraction.

With a precision focus on burnout intervention and stress resilience, we offer high-impact, evidence-based experiences and consulting to help teams restore balance, strengthen satisfaction, build trust, and retain top talent.

We believe the future of American work is bright. Companies are recognizing their people are one of their single most powerful advantages. Leaders are starting to see the impact of prioritizing worker wellness,5 and evidence is emerging to prove a firm correlation between employee wellbeing and company profitability.6

Those who take good care now are poised to capture tomorrow’s advantage–and we’re excited to be on the cusp of this tidal-change movement in how we work.
